Download a copy of our 2025 Affiliate Per Capita form. Once you’ve filled it out you can bring it to the January GMM on Jan 28 (RSVP Here), or scan and email it to kingstonlabour@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your list of delegates as they are the folks with voting rights at council meetings.
